Don't Forget This Start-Up's Name: SimpliVity

Headed by former Diligent CEO Doron Kempel, back in industry
Remember the name of this start-up in stealth mode, SimpliVity, Inc. (formerly Ecological Solutions Corp. and then SimpliVT Corp.), for the two reasons:

Headed by Doron Kempel
Doron Kempel is president, director and founder of SimpliVity. He was tremendously successful with Diligent Technologies, a company in D2D backup with de-dupe he co-founded in 2002 - being its chairman and CEO - and sold to IBM for a reported $200 million in 2008 after getting $46.5 million in financial funding. Formerly he served as VP and GM for the EMC media solutions group from 1998 to 2001, before joining start-up SANgate Systems (which went on to become Sepaton) as CEO.
Already well funded
SimpliVity apparently got already around $16 million in financial funding from investors including Accel Partners and Charles River Ventures:
Among the executives, we found a colleague of Kempel, Steve Bagby, formerly senior director engineering at Sepaton, after being VP engineering at Diligent and FalconStor. And maybe also Richard Shea who wrote on Twitter: "We have about 50 engineers heads down writing code." He was WW VP sales at GreenBytes, VP North American sales at LeftHand, area VP sales at Dell/EqualLogic, and global director of sales for EMC media solutions group where Kempel also worked.
Nothing has been revealed about SimpliVity's product, probably a virtualization software. On its open web site, you can only read: "Radically simplified IT infrastructure technology for the virtualized data center and the cloud".
