FADU: Fiscal 2Q26 Financial Results

Generating ₩73.2 billion, up 23% QoQ and up 210% YoY

Summary:

  • Achieved H1 revenue of ₩132.7 billion and operating profit of 24 billion, establishing profit-driven growth model
  • Company expects significant growth in H2 revenue and profit backed by secured orders and expansion of global customer base

Data center semiconductor company FADU announced on the 20th through a preliminary earnings disclosure that the company recorded Q2 revenue of ₩73.2 billion and operating profit of 16.3 billion, stating that it expects strong growth in the second half of the year. This is approximately a 23% increase from the previous quarter’s revenue of ₩59.5 billion and more than three times the revenue of the same period last year. Operating profit also grew by about 111%, more than doubling from ₩7.7 billion in Q1.

Cumulative revenue for the first half of the year reached ₩132.7 billion which closely matches the combined total revenue of ₩139.5 billion for the previous two entire years (2024 and 2025). Operating profit for the first half also amounted to ₩24 billion, establishing a firm structure for profit-driven growth.

Having secured over ₩340 billion in new orders so far this year based on public disclosures, FADU anticipates an even steeper growth trajectory in the second half, driven by the expansion of its global customer base.

FADU is strengthening its position in the global storage ecosystem by securing new server OEM customers.

The company is continuously expanding the supply of its flagship Gen5 controllers and has already established a system to supply its next-generation Gen6 products to customers in line with market adoption.

In particular, as the enterprise SSD controller business features low exposure to supply-demand cycles and seasonality, and customer expansion based on long-term supply contracts ensures stable revenue and growth potential, the company is evaluated to have already secured a solid foundation for future growth.

“Following our successful turnaround to profitability in Q1, we have established a solid profit structure in Q2, laying the foundation for a quantum jump in both revenue and profit this year,” said Ehyun Nam, CEO, FADU. “Considering factors such as the revenue increase driven by customer diversification and the growth of controllers, which is a core storage component in the AI semiconductor market, we expect much stronger growth in the second half than the first half.”
