26% WW Revenue Growth from 1Q22 to 1Q23 for Nakivo

- Revenue: The WW revenue grew by 26% in 1Q23 in comparison to 1Q22. In 1Q23, of the total revenue, 57% came from the EMEA region, 31% from the Americas, and 12% from the AsiaPac region. In addition, the AsiaPac region saw the biggest revenue growth of 36% in 1Q23 vs. 1Q22. Revenue grew more than 100% Q/Q in Algeria, Argentina, Colombia, Georgia, Greece, Guatemala, Japan, Lebanon, Macedonia, Luxembourg, Portugal, Thailand, Tunisia, and others.
- Customers: As of 1Q23, the company has over 25,000 paid customers in 181 countries. The customer base grew by 15% in 1Q23 vs. 1Q22. The number of customers grew by 15% in the EMEA region, by 16% in the AsiaPac region, and by 12% in the Americas. For the first time, new customers from Albania, Djibouti, Sierra Leone, and the Turks and Caicos Islands became customers. Enterprises continue to choose NAKIVO Backup & Replication as their preferred data protection solution, with new deployments growing by 37% in 1Q23 over 1Q22. A sample of customers in 1Q23 includes ONE Bangkok Project, L3Harris Technologies, Zimbabwe Revenue Authority, City of Fremont, and Africell Sierra Leone Limited. Some examples of customer success stories in 1Q23 include: Jeffcom911 (NAKIVO Helps an Emergency Dispatch Centre Achieve 100% Backup Success Rate), St. Johnsbury Academy Jeju (NAKIVO Provides Direct Backup to Amazon S3 for School), and Solina (NAKIVO Helps Non-Profit Organisation Protect Healthcare Services).
- Technology partners: In 1Q23, the firm delivered its solutions via technology partners, as more enterprises and SMBs chose to install Backup & Replication on partner hardware. Particularly, QNAP NAS installations grew by 11% in 1Q23 vs. 1Q22.
- Solution partners: Currently, the company has over 7,500 software solution providers as partners across the Americas, Europe, Africa, the Middle-East, and the AsiaPac region. In 1Q23, 193 new solution providers joined the firm’s Partner Program and now offer products to their enterprise and SMB customers. A solution partner from Kyrgyzstan joined the Partner Program for the first time.
- Managed Service Providers: NAKIVO’s Managed Service Provider Program enables managed service, cloud, and hosting providers to deliver VM backup as-a-service (BaaS), VM replication as-a-service (RaaS), and VM disaster recovery as-a-service (DRaaS) to their clients. In 1Q23, the number of MSPs grew by 31% vs. 1Q23. MSPs from Greenland and Lebanon joined bendor’s Managed Service Provider Program for the first time.
