Icy Dock External USB-C EZ-Adapter MB104U-1SMB for Access to 2.5-Inch SATA SSD/HDD or M.2 NVMe/SATA SSD

Icy Dock announced the EZ-Adapter MB104U-1SMB providing access to 2.5-inch SATA SSD/HDD or M.2 NVMe/SATA SSD through the USB-C port on any system.

This adapter supports transfer speeds of up to 10Gb/s via USB 3.2 Gen 2.

Quick and easy drive access
Connect a 2.5-inch SATA or M.2 SATA/NVMe drive to the EZ-Adapter and plug the USB -C connector into the system to perform data transfer/backup/erasure. The tool-less drive installation allows users to swap and access multiple HDDs/SSDs.

Note: the adapter does not support using the 2.5-inch and M.2 installed simultaneously.

Open-Air design
The open-air design allows 2.5” HDDs and M.2 SSDs to be exposed for maximum heat dissipation.

Data transfer on go
The EZ-Adapter MB104U-1SMB is engineered for mobility and functionality. It features a lightweight and durable design, fitting into your carry-on bag or pocket. In addition, it is powered by a USB host bus and does not require an external power adapter.

LED indications

The adapter is equipped with an LED indicator for drive activity. The blue LED light on the adapter will blink when the drive is being accessed.
