Betsol Completed Acquisition of Zmanda From Carbonite

BETSOL, Inc. announced the completion of its acquisition of Zmanda from Carbonite, Inc. for an undisclosed amount in an all-cash deal.

Zmanda is an enterprise backup and DR solution with hundreds of enterprise customers. It is the leader in cloud and open-source backup software, protecting over 1,000,000 systems worldwide.

Zmanda will enable BETSOL to strengthen its portfolio in the enterprise backup and DR market while complementing its Rebit product line which already serves the consumer and SMB markets.
