Obducat AB, a supplier of lithography solutions based on NanoImprint Lithography and Electron Beam Lithography is pleased to announce that an agreement, worth 66 MSEK, has been signed with one of the leading global HD media manufacturer concerning SINDRE HDD (Hard Disk Drive) mass production system.

The scope of the agreement concerns a collaboration leading to a customized production ready SINDRE HDD system. As a result of the agreement a purchase order for the first SINDRE HDD system is to be issued no later than end of April at an end-user value of 36 MSEK.

The agreement also includes an option for the customer to purchase an additional SINDRE HDD system as well as an EBR system at a tentative end-user value of additionally 30 MSEK in total.

Delivery of the first Sindre HDD system is scheduled to the first half of 2009.

The end-customer have in the agreement requested that the name of the company is not to be disclosed due to competitive reasons. The content of this press release has been approved by the end customer.
