Caringo Swarm Cloud DR Managed Service Powered by Wasabi Hot Cloud Storage

Caringo, Inc. announced Swarm Cloud DR managed service, powered by Wasabi Hot Cloud Storage.

The combined solution leverages the enterprise data protection methods that have always been present in Swarm with the ability to instantly add a remote DR (site powered by Wasabi Hot Cloud Storage). The Swarm Cloud DR service is offered as a 3-year add-on to an existing Swarm deployment or Swarm Server Appliance purchase and includes customizable backup to any one of Wasabi’s globally distributed data centers with no egress fees and recovery management service by Caringo.

The company’s Swarm, market-hardened at version 11.2, is software-defined object storage that provides an S3-compatible, on-prem platform for data protection, management, organization and search at massive scale for unstructured data (e.g., photos, videos and files).
