Stardom SR3MSB-B31 Desktop Dual Bay USB 3.2 Gen2 for 2x2.5-Inch RAID-0/1 and 1x2.5/3.5-Inch HDD/SSD

Stardom, a brand from RAIDON Technology Inc. announces the SR3MSB-B31, a dual bay USB 3.2 Gen2 storage device- which can support 2×2.5” SATA HDD/SSD RAID-0/1 and 1×2.5”/3.5” HDD/SSD, and provide RAID-0 and RAID-1, 2 RAID modes and manual/scheduling backup.

It has a USB Type C connector, and provides USB Type-C to C cable and can compatible with all USB Type-C host Interfaces. In addition, it provides LCM display, touch button and is suitable for Windows PC or MacOS.

The SR3MSB-B31 storage can install 2×2.5” SATA HDD/SSD (for one RAID-0/1 array) and 1×2.5” SATA HDD/SSD (for manual/scheduling backup) to provide both data doubled safety and backup based on users usage. User can set up the SR3MSB-B31 under the RAID-1 mode as a server that can backup and keep the same data permanent to protect and make the valuable data has doubled protection. Users can also set up the product under the RAID-0 mode to backup the RAW files for editing. In addition, it also provides the manual/scheduling backup function that users can rebuild the data to the individual 1×3.5”/ 2.5”HDD/SSD while the data is destroyed from the array of RAID-0/1.

It is designed with the touch setting button and touch power on the front panel. It is more convenience and user friendly for users can touch on/off the power. It also provides visual and audio alarms and mute button. The device will be warning whenever failure occurs, and the buzzer can be turned off to avoid the noise interference.

The SR3MSB-B31 is equipped with readable LCM display and LED indicators for system monitoring during operation, so users can grasp the status of the system all the time. In addition, it is designed with the aluminum casing that can protect hard drives without damaged by large impact and help to extend the life of hard drive usage. It also built in the low noise fan to allow the device dissipate heat without affecting the transmission performance.

The SR3MSB-B31 can be used on RAID-1 mode with backup on demand for server to backup the important data, or used on RAID-0 mode with backup on demand to complete various photo editing quickly. It is a choice of external RAID storage for these applications.
