And also Australia/New Zealand distributor Open Australia
By Jean Jacques Maleval | May 18, 2022 at 2:01 pmVeritas Software has completed the acquisition of the Pune, India operations of Frontier Software Development (India) Private Limited.
For nearly 6 years, Veritas has relied upon Indian labor, renowned for its quality-and low-cost-programming, to develop its products. Since April 1996, the company has even had a subsidiary, in Pune, no less, numbering about 50 employees.
The 75-person Frontier team will be integrated into this subsidiary.
Meanwhile, the US software company also acquired its Australia/New Zealand distributor (since 1995), Open Australia Pty. Ltd. Peter Murray, GM of OV-AU, is now MD of the subsidiary.
