In April 2020, each of executive officers (other than Ramaswami, who was not appointed as president and CEO until December 2020, voluntarily took a temporary 10% reduction in base salary due to the global economic uncertainty resulting from the Covid-19 pandemic and the cost savings measures taken by us in response. The base salaries were reinstated to the levels previously approved by the compensation committee effective as of August 2020.
