Plextor M10P Series PCIe Gen4 Up to 2TB SSD

Plextor announces the M10P series PCIe Gen4 SSD.

With faster speeds, higher capacities, and stability, they offer gamers and AV enthusiasts a performance device that also exudes gaming flair with its dynamic industrial design and RGB lighting.

Implementing the next gen of PCIe, Gen4, M10P series SSDs can deliver R/W speeds of up to 7,000/5,000MB/s, approximately 2x faster than previous gen SSDs. This performance is achieved in combination with company’s proprietary PlexNitro II technology, which uses an SLC cache mechanism as a buffer to improve read and write speeds. This technology ups the ante on random R/W performance and enhances sequential R/W performance by up to 50% over previous gen SSDs.

M10PY SSD

In addition to performance, the M10PY is equipped to offer stability, namely through a proprietary die-cast heat sink design that features a graphene surface treatment for efficient thermal cooling during peak performance. The M10PG also offers cooling capabilities with a streamlined anodized aluminum heat sink. With the addition of RGB, the M10PY’s gaming DNA is more evident. The RGB lighting is programmable for different effects and synchronizations with RGB software from many motherboard brands, including Asus Aura Sync, AsRock Polychrome Sync, Gigabyte RGB Fusion 2.0, and MSI Mystic Light Sync.

M10PG SSD

M10P series SSDs are built with quality and reliable Kioxia Corp.’s BiCS flash 3D memory for performance. To meet the needs of high-capacity gaming and audio-visual applications, these SSDs come with up to 2TB of capacity.

M10PGN SSD

The M10PY, M10PG, and M10PGN models will be available in 1TB and 2TB, and 512GB capacity options. M10P series SSDs uphold the quality standards through product testing and come backed by 5-year warranties and after-sales services.

The M10P series will be available beginning in June, 2021. The exact availability of the SSDs may vary by region.
