SK hynix CEO Lee Seok-hee says it is possible to stack 600 layers of NAND flash within 10 years
Lee Seok-hee, CEO of SK hynix, said: “In the future, DRAM will enter the process of less than 10nm, and NAND flash will be able to stack more than 600 layers.”
