Jean-Michel Guillou Business Development Manager France, Syneto

French storage veteran Jean-Michel Guillou is now in charge of introducing Syneto in France, being named business development manager in the country by the Italian company.

One customer is already RESAH (Réseau des acheteurs hospitaliers) through CFI.

Guillou claims that Syneto HCI has the best price/performance ratio compared to Nutanix, Simplivity and Dell EMC VXRail, the product using only two nodes (Dell or Supermicro servers) or in virtual appliance.

He was the founder of Stordata reseller of Exabyte in the old days, and then also worked at Advanced Computer Peripherals, Sterling S/W, CA and BMC Software, before being VP EMEA of CoBuilder.
