Virtium Secures Investment by Court Square Capital Partners

To accelerate growth in SSDs

Virtium LLC secured an investment from Court Square Capital Partners.

They will partner to drive design innovations and develop next-gen SSDs and other semiconductor modules to address multiple markets’ growing demand for secure storage in the 4G/5G mobile infrastructure and industrial IoT applications.

Court Square brings an experienced investment team, having completed over 225 investments, including technology firms such as Fairchild, Intersil, AMI Semiconductor and others. Over a 40-year history, it has navigated through numerous economic, industry and financial cycles, completed multiple landmark transactions, and developed numerous businesses into market leaders.
