Nakivo Exploding in EMEA

NAKIVO Inc. announced another record growth quarter in the EMEA region since launching NAKIVO Backup & Replication in 2012.

Revenue: EMEA remains the top revenue generator for NAKIVO, with 52% of the revenue coming from the region. The company maintains a high growth rate as compared to Q2 2014, with the EMEA revenue growing by 83% in Q2 2015.

Customers: In Q2 2015, NAKIVO gained most of its customers (54%) from the EMEA region. Compared to Q2 2014, NAKIVO grew the number of EMEA customers by 116%. With new customer orders, the company expanded into Monaco and Romania for the first time.

Q2 2015 EMEA customers include Zaragoza Logistics Center, a research institute in Spain, which gained instant VMware VM recovery capabilities with Backup & Replication. While ABAS France, a global group of locally-operated companies that sell and support the abas ERP software suite, gained VM DR that resulted in saving IT 3 days per month.

Solution Partners: In Q2 2015, NAKIVO expanded its partner program to 539 VMware Solution Providers from 68 EMEA countries. It has further expanded into the EMEA market by adding 44 new Solution Providers in 18 countries as authorized resellers.

Cloud Providers: NAKIVO’s Cloud Provider Program enables managed services, cloud, and hosting providers to introduce Backup-as-a-Service (BaaS), Replication-as-a-Service (RaaS), and DR-as-a-Service (DRaaS) to their clients. In Q2 2015, NAKIVO increased the number of Authorized Cloud Service Providers in EMEA to 44. The company further expanded into the France market by adding Inform’Ethic and PHOSPHORE SI, and into the Germany market by adding phi IT-Services GmbH. NAKIVO also expanded by adding AGENTIL from the Switzerland market, Invictanet Ltd. from the UK market, and Online Bilisim from the Turkish market.

Product Releases: In Q2, NAKIVO released v5.6, adding screenshot verification and new report types, and v5.7, adding full support for vSphere v6 and greater data security with backup repository encryption.
