Media Recovery Acquires ISSI Data

Media Recovery, a Datacenter products and services company and a part of the MRI family of companies, has acquired ISSI Data, a privately-held company headquartered in the Seattle, Wash., area. ISSI Data is a recognized national reseller and direct marketer of information security and storage infrastructure solutions.

The acquisition of ISSI Data will enable Media Recovery to harness the power of a strong inside sales operation and an expanded online catalog sales business. The Seattle organization will provide Media Recovery with an additional sales channel for continued growth, as well as additional sales and distribution staff to support this growth.

The acquisition is expected to close on or about October 1. The terms of the deal are undisclosed.
