NetApp Supports QLogic 2500 8Gb FC Adapters

QLogic Corp. announced that NetApp is now offering QLogic 2500 Series 8Gb Fibre Channel adapters. The QLogic 2500 Series provides customers with advanced server virtualization technologies while preserving existing investments in software and infrastructure power levels that are unprecedented in the industry. QLogic’s 2500 Series, which is interoperable with the NetApp portfolio of Fibre Channel SAN solutions, is optimized for virtualization, power, RAS (reliability, availability, serviceability), security, and management, transforming server connectivity for NetApp customers into a competitive advantage.
