JPR Communications Expands in Europe
The U.S. PR agency already launched Seanodes and C2C.
This is a Press Release edited by StorageNewsletter.com on August 1, 2008 at 4:00 pmJPR Communications, one of the top high technology public relations agencies in United States, announced the expansion of its global capabilities designed to capitalize on the company’s recent success in the European market and to expand its roster of clients based in Europe and other international locations.
JPR most recently is credited with the successful launch of Paris-based Seanodes, the inventor of Shared Internal Storage technology, and C2C of Reading, UK, a leading email archiving vendor, into the U.S. market. Both companies have landed a slew of awards from American and European technology publications, including CRN Emerging Tech Dynamo, Stories Product of the Year, TechWorld Product of the Year, Cool Vendor from Gartner, eWeek Storage Disrupter, and others after signing on with JPR. A team of dedicated JPR executives is charged with developing new international business opportunities for JPR as well as managing the agency’s international client accounts.
“The available communications tools and technologies have made location largely irrelevant and JPR has a record of great success with clients located outside the U.S.,” said Judy Smith, President of JPR. “Currently 50% of our clients are based overseas. With the current exchange rate of the dollar against international currencies, there has never been a better time for European and global tech companies to retain JPR to propel their entrance into the U.S. We’re looking for the next Seanodes or C2C to transform them into stars in the American technology marketplace,” said Smith.
“When we decided to launch Seanodes in the US every single person in the industry told us that the best way to get traction/awareness and build market credibility was to work with JPR Communications,” said Frank Gana, Business Development Director and Founder of Seanodes. “A few months later I can only reinforce what everybody already knows: working with JPR is absolutely the best way to create momentum for company on our industry. The only thing they forgot to tell us was the infinite pleasure we would have working with them. On top of them being creative professionals, working with JPR is fun and always a pleasure. And adding some fun in our long hard working day is very appreciable.”
Seanodes, C2C and Moonwalk, headquartered in Australia, are just the latest international tech companies to rely on JPR for American public relations requirements. JPR has consistently delivered the same high level of service to clients located as close as 5 miles to our offices and as far away as 8,000 miles, including companies based in Norway, Germany, Israel, Canada, China, Korea, and Japan.
JPR’s ability to raise the visibility and market value of client companies is validated by the success of client companies securing venture funding and the number of clients who have been acquired by larger companies. In recent months JPR clients have secured more than $50 million in venture funding and multiple agency clients have been acquired by technology giants, including EMC, Network Appliance, Novell and Seagate Technology, returning a total of more than $1.5 billion to investors.
JPR Communications provides comprehensive public relations services for the full spectrum of technology companies, ranging from startups that are still in the funding phase to Fortune 500 companies. The company’s extensive network of top editors, market analysts and other industry influencers enables JPR clients to have their message heard by the proper audience where it will have the biggest impact in building their business.
Comments
As far as we know, no PR agency in the world has more storage companies in its portfolio. JPR has also worked in the past with around one hundred of others. Asking why Seanodes has chosen a U.S. PR rather than an European one, a representative of the French start-up answered:" Simply because they are less expansive and more efficient for us."
A big one in Europe is UK-based A3 Communications, started by Fred Monsone, with clients including Data Domain UK, Infortrend UK, BakBone UK and SNIA Europe.
