End of Life for Brocade StorageX v4.0, v5.0, v5.5

Brocade is initiating the End of Availability (EOA) management process for StorageX v4.0, v5.0, v5.5 and related patches and encourage customers to migrate to Brocade StorageX v6.0 or a later version. Software upgrade is free for customers that have an active Maintenance and Support contract with the company.

End of Availability Schedule
The EOA transition period is from February 19th 2008 until July 19th 2008. During the EOA transition period, the current releases will be supported based on customer support agreements.

Dates relating to this process are:

• 02/19/2008 – Partner and Customer EOA Notification
• 07/19/2008 – After this date, Brocade will no longer support or release patches to Brocade StorageX v4.0, v5.0 and v5.5.
