Terremark Enhances Disaster Recovery, Data Storage Team
Including Tom Mays and Mitch Kitay, former president and VP of Accris Corporation respectively

Tom Mays, former President of Accris Corporation, will lead Terremark’s disaster recovery and data storage team. In addition, Mitch Kitay, former Vice President of Accris, and five other industry specialists have also joined the Company.

The Accris team brings a wealth of knowledge and combined experience in providing world-class IT disaster recovery, data storage systems design, and advanced backup and recovery services. The team has experience working with many large enterprise customers and public-sector entities. They also developed key partnerships with companies like NetApp, Symantec, VMWare, Hitachi Data Systems, Quantum, SpectraLogic, IBM, Sun Microsystems and others.
Prior to working at Accris, Mays served as a research and development and mission rehearsal consultant with U.S. Air Force Special Operations and chief systems architect of the Florida SunPass automated toll-collection system.
