Qualcomm Acquires Exostellar

Continuing its journey to swallow data center IPs and key assets

Exostellar has been acquired by Qualcomm. Founded in 2019, the company has raised a total of $44.8 million and focuses on cloud optimization and cost reduction for data centers, recently expanding its technology to GPU-focused environments. Aside from a LinkedIn post, neither Exostellar nor Qualcomm has issued an official press release announcing the acquisition.
