Astera Labs Acquired Pliops

As the San Jose based company opens a Israel R&D center

Pliops doesn’t mention anything on their web site but it appears that Astera Labs has acquired the company to open its first R&D center in Israel. Marius Tudor, former CRO at Pliops, confirmed this move on his LinkedIn profile page.
