At the 2026 NAB Show, the company will feature 2 new next-gen Thunderbolt 5 docking stations, Echo 20 Thunderbolt 5 SecureDock and Echo 21 Thunderbolt 5 SuperDock. The docks offer users a record number of connectivity options, comprised of 3 Thunderbolt 5 ports; 1x10Gb Ethernet (RJ45) port; 4×10 Gb, 7.5-watt USB-C charging ports; 1x10Gb 15-watt USB-C charging port; 4×10 Gb USB-A ports; 1 port each for HDMI and DisplayPort displays; 2 analog line level output jacks; 1×3.5mm microphone jack; 1×3.5mm combo audio jack, 1xSD 4.0 card slot, and one microSD card slot.

The difference between the 2 docks is that the Echo 21 features an internal M.2 NVMe SSD socket that enables users to add up to 8TB of onboard storage with support for data transfers up to 6,600MB/s. This architecture supports simultaneous full-bandwidth operation of performance-critical PCIe cards — including video capture and playback, NVMe storage, and high-speed networking — delivering up to 6,000MB/s of PCIe bandwidth per slot.

The Echo II DV T5 systems enable maximum-performance use of bandwidth-hungry PCIe cards — such as DV I/O, NVMe SSD storage, and multiport 10Gb and 25Gb Ethernet adapters — delivering up to 6,000MB/s of PCIe bandwidth per slot to ensure uncompromised throughput.

Echo II DV T5 Desktop is a full-size desktop chassis, ideal for workstation-based production environments, while Echo II DV T5 Rackmount features a rack-mountable 2U enclosure with space for an additional expansion module, making it well suited for studio, mobile rack, and OB truck deployments.

Thunderbolt 5 eGPU

The company will show its Breakaway Box 850 T5 Thunderbolt 5 eGPU for Windows 11 computers. Featuring a dual-port Thunderbolt 5 interface, this product offers double the PCIe bandwidth of any Thunderbolt 3 external GPU chassis to deliver PC-workstation-level graphics performance when used with Thunderbolt 4 and Thunderbolt 5 Windows laptops and small-form-factor computers.
