Peter Farkas now CEO of Percona

Percona just named Peter Farkas as its new CEO starting in October 2025. Farkas came from FerretDB and before Cloudera, Altinity and Percona 10 years ago.

The company is recognized for its expertise in open source database software such as MySQL, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Valkey, and Redis deployed on-premises or in the cloud.
