Saadi Brings 24 Years of Technology Leadership to Advance Federal Market Growth and IT Innovation

As CTO, Saadi will lead Hitachi Vantara Federal’s technology strategy, driving IT modernization, strengthening enterprise platforms, and advancing the company’s position as a federal innovation leader.
With more than 24 years of technology leadership experience, Saadi brings deep expertise in strategy, IT transformation, infrastructure, cloud, platforms, enterprise architecture, and systems management. Saadi has held senior technology leadership roles across federal integrators, resellers, and consulting firms. As VP, growth and technology, Synergy Inc., he led market expansion, technology adoption, and federal contract growth. Previously, as VP, general dynamics IT, he oversaw complex IT and mission support services for federal civilian agencies.

Beyond his executive roles, Saadi is a recognized thought leader and frequent industry speaker, addressing public health IT and the transformative impact of AI and quantum computing. He also advises emerging technology companies in these fields, underscoring his commitment to driving innovation. Saadi holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Notre Dame and an M.S. in IT Management from the University of Virginia, along with certifications in TOGAF, ITIL, ISO 20000, and Risk Management.
