Arjun and Interogo Acquire Significant Stake in European Data Centre Portfolio Owned and Operated by Data4
Data4 accelerates its leadership position in digital infrastructure with support of new strategic investors

This portfolio includes hyperscale data centers located in Paris, Milan and Madrid, with a combined contracted capacity of 244 MW, serving as critical digital infrastructure in three of Europe’s most connected markets. In line with the accelerating development of the digital economy and AI, this transaction provides strategic capital to accelerate Data4’s growth, with a focus on developing next-generation hyperscale data center campuses in high-demand, tier-one
European markets.
The investment from Arjun and Interogo signals a clear endorsement of Data4’s strategy to operate campuses across key European markets, as well as the expertise of its highly experienced team, which will continue to manage and operate these sites to ensure operational continuity and alignment with long-term value creation strategy.
Data4 and Brookfield, together with this additional backing, will accelerate deployments across existing and new markets, further strengthening the company’s position as the region’s foremost data-center champion.
