SK hynix and Seoul National University R&DB Foundation Assigned Patent

SK hynix Inc., Icheon-si, Korea, and Seoul National University R&DB Foundation, Seoul, Korea, has been assigned a patent (12379995) developed by Kim; Minwook, Kim; Jinsoo, Seoul, Korea, Son; Ikjoon, and Lee; Euidong, Icheon, Korea, for a “data storage device including a solid state drive.“
