Permissionless Labs, core contributors to Pipe Network, launches Pipe Firestarter Storage.

Designed to compete against web2 natives like Cloudflare, with its R2 and CDN offerings, Pipe Firestarter Storage transforms the Pipe Network into a vertically integrated, full-stack cloud platform.

Pipe Firestarter Storage to date has internally served to host Solana’s full Proof of History (PoH) Archival data set as well as Solana Snapshots, which allow users to view periodic saved states of Solana’s ledger. By going live as a public, permissionless layer, Pipe Network now operates akin to the infrastructure stacks of Cloudflare’s R2 storage and CDN offerings by offering developers performance and price improvements that decentralization enables.
