Its flagship product Enterprise Vault offers an archiving framework for Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint Portal Server, Office System 2003 and file server environments.
The company has 205 employees WW. It reports that it has 900 customers and 1.7 million users of its software, WW. It is
EMC’s leading partner for the Centera platform.
The company will operate as a separate unit of EMC under the leadership of current KVault management.
The software company has raised $37 million since its initial funding in 1999.
