History 2001: DataCore Raised Just Over $30 Million in 3rd Round of Financing

DataCore Software has once again raised just over $30 million in a 3rd round of financing, which brings its total funding to $75 million.

Hitachi is among the recent investors in the company, which boasts an impressive list of OEMs: HP, Fujitsu Softek, Fujitsu, and more recently IBM, in a WW deal for Shark. HDS may be the next.

Note: Currently DataCore has raised a total of $117 million since inception in 1998 but never got public and remained private.
