Nvidia Paid $35 Million in 2022 for Excelero

Nvidia acquired Excelero in March 2022 and the Santa Clara giant didn’t issue any press release just a blog post like he did with the SwiftStack acquisition made 2 years earlier.

We learned from this article from the Israeli CTech publication that the transaction was at around $35 million, exactly the amount raised.
