NAMM: OWC Showcases Storage Systems Upgrades

Other World Computing, Inc (OWC) introduced its itinerary for NAMM 2022, which was in Anaheim, CA, on June 3-5, 2022, at the Anaheim Convention Center.

The company showcases several storage system upgrades that deliver fast transfer speeds and reliability for audio professionals with storage intensive workflows.

Envoy Pro mini

It is a pocket-sized SSD with full-sized SSD performance and capacity for audio, and general data storage/backup uses. Now you can have all your recording sessions with ease to access, save, and share data anywhere.It works with USB and Thunderbolt (USB-C) Macs, PCs, iPads, Chromebooks, Android tablets, and Surface devices made over the last 15 years. Available in 250, 500GB, and 1TB capacities, it can access and transfer data with everything at up to 946MB/s speed with Plug and Play ease.

Flex 1U4

It is a flexible, professional-grade, 4-bay Thunderbolt storage and docking solution designed for rackmount workflows. Audio professionals can utilize a mix of 2.5 or 3.5-inch SATA/SAS and U.2/M.2 NVMe drives in the hot-swappable drive bays. Connect gear, including additional storage, displays, and more, and charge mobile devices with 7 Thunderbolt and USB ports. To customize your workflow, add an audio capture, AVB-enabled 10GbE networking, SSD storage, hardware RAID, or I/O card to the PCIe slot.

Thunderbolt Pro Dock
