The abstract of the patent published by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office states: ”A method, non-transitory computer readable medium, and content management apparatus receives a storage request including content and context information associated with the received content, the context information comprising at least metadata and information for one or more user tags, wherein the user tags are customizable and established by an administrator. One of a plurality of types of content is identified for the received content. Searchable information is extracted from the received content based on the identified one of the plurality of types of content. A searchable index is generated for the received content based on at least the extracted searchable information and the context information associated with the received content. The received content is stored in a manner which is retrievable based on one or more associations in the generated searchable index.”
