IBM Spectrum Protect Suite 8.1.10 offers simplified perpetual and committed term licensing options

IBM Spectrum Protect Suite deliver the following licensing options:

• Flat terabyte perpetual licensing model
• Committed term subscription model

A modified and simplified perpetual model is available for the Spectrum Protect Suite.

Committed term licenses are a way for clients to license firm’s software, granting them the right to use the software and receive software subscription and support for the contracted committed term.

This subscription-based model is available for the following offerings:

• Spectrum Protect Suite
• Spectrum Protect Suite – Archive Option
• Spectrum Protect Suite – IBM Cloud Object Storage Option
