IT Asset Management Group Achieved NAID AAA Certification

IT Asset Management Group (ITAMG) has received the NAID (National Association for Information Destruction) AAA certification for physical HDD, solid-state and electronic media (non-paper media) destruction, as well as for plant based and client site data erasure services.

ITAMG provides IT asset disposal solutions to organizations that are replacing or otherwise retiring redundant systems and excess electronic storage media.

It provides data destruction and electronic media shredding services. The firm is NAID AAA certified to perform data erasure and wiping services at client sites for both HDDs and solid-state media.

Frank Milia, partner and NAID certified secure destruction specialist, remarked: “We rely on third party certifications like the NAID AAA program to support and improve our management system including physical and logical security, hiring practices, verification process, and our incident and breach notification systems. NAID AAA auditors perform both scheduled and unscheduled audits of the operation, personnel management and security practices of a participating firm. IT Asset Management Group is a NAID member and participation in the AAA certification is voluntary for any businesses in records management or data disposition who values the distinguishing credential.
