Alan Bunte Special Advisor to CEO, Commvault, Resigned

On November 15, 2019, Alan G. Bunte resigned his position as a special advisor to the CEO of Commvault Systems, Inc.
He will remain a Class II director of the company.
He has served as firm’s EVP and COO since October 2003 and served as SVP from December 1999 until October 2003. Since January 2008, he has also served as a director of CommVault.
Prior to joining the company, he was with Norand Corporation from 1986 to January 1998, serving as SVP of planning and business development from 1991 to January 1998.
He holds approximately 50 patents.
He obtained his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in business administration from the University of Iowa.
He and his wife, Diane, currently reside in Fort Myers, FL.
