Pure Storage, Inc. appointed of Joseph Joe Pinto as chief customer experience officer.
He will report to chairman and CEO Charlie Giancarlo and spearhead company’s global support and professional services functions under the newly formed customer experience organization.
He joins Pure Storage from a 28-year career at Cisco where he led technical services and its transformation into an award-winning organization. His team also created Cisco’s first technical support website, in addition to launching education and customer assurance programs, and certification programs.
