Pure Storage, Inc. announced the appointment of Robson Grieve as CMO.
He will be responsible for creating and advancing the company’s global marketing strategy and strengthening company’s market recognition to accelerate revenue growth.
In his 20-plus year career, he has held senior positions across all aspects of marketing, most recently as CMO at software analytics company New Relic. Prior to that, he was SVP and CMO at Citrix as well as EVP of global marketing and customer experience at Concur, which was acquired by SAP in 2014.
“Robson brings tremendous strategic and marketing expertise to Pure,” said David Hatfield, president, Pure Storage. “He will play an instrumental role in the company as we continue to build our brand and deliver differentiated technology in the hybrid cloud world.”
