Including ControlPoint governance product

Metalogix Software, provider of content infrastructure software to improve the use and performance of enterprise content on SharePoint, Exchange and cloud platforms, has acquired Axceler Corp.‘s profitable SharePoint business, including the widely used and most powerful governance and administration product, ControlPoint for SharePoint Administration.
