VaultLogix Backup and Recovery With LabTech Remote Monitoring

VaultLogix,
LLC has integrated its cloud backup and recovery service with
LabTech Software‘s
remote monitoring and management offerings to monitor the service.

LabTech offers IT management tools in
one platform. VaultLogix offers automated backup solutions that move
data to offsite data centers for file restoration. This integration
enables monitoring agents to generate backup status alerts for mutual
MSP partners. 

Benefits include:

• MSPs can monitor the health of backup
  activities for customers.

• Partners can configure automated alerts
  for backup events in the Windows event logs.

• Partners can also choose to receive
  alerts on all activity or customize alerts so they are only notified
  if a backup finishes with errors or warnings.
