Incorporating Latin American and Brazilian businesses

America and Buffalo Brazil into its North American organization to form Buffalo Americas, Inc.
Buffalo Americas, a subsidiary of Buffalo, Inc., is headquartered in Austin, TX
and is led by Matt Dargis, COO. He most recently served as VP sales and
operations for Buffalo Technology (USA), Inc.
"By bringing our North American and
Latin American operations together under Buffalo Americas, we are better
equipped to serve our customers through a single enhanced business and sales
operations organization," said Dargis.

Partner."
Buffalo Americas names new VP sales Read Fenner joins Buffalo Americas as the VP
sales, and brings a diverse background in start-up operations to executive
positions at established high-tech brands.
"I’m delighted to join the Buffalo
Americas executive leadership team and I look forward to working with a
dedicated and talented staff to further exceed our customers’ expectations,"
said Fenner.
Fenner most recently served as VP of operations and VP sales at GUNNAR Optiks
where he achieved more than 60% year over year cumulative sales growth. In this
role, he created and implemented GUNNAR’s multi-channel strategy of selling
into consumer electronics, optical, B2B and B2C channels, as well as opened and
maintained relationships with Best Buy,
GameStop, Amazon, Fry’s, Newegg, AAFES, NEX and Zeiss. He has also worked with Digital River, Inc., and Commerce5, and was responsible for
founding the ecommerce department at D-Link
Systems.
