SoftNAS is a storage software company that addresses the needs of small to medium companies needing big NAS capabilities. The new team brings business and marketing experience placing the company in position for growth in the technology sector.

softnas_finch_01 Ted Finch was recently named SVP marketing and channels. A pioneer of the .com era, he led the marketing team that published Netscape Navigator which went on to become the No. 1 selling software in the world. A former VP at Motorola and GE, he is a channel and marketing expert in the high-tech industry, with experience in launching more than 450 products into the channel for more than 200 vendors including Microsoft, HP, AOL and Adobe. In Ted’s latest role, he is responsible for marketing, lead-generation and channel programs, including attracting, motivating and managing the company’s worldwide reseller channel partners.

softnas_henry Named as chairman, Randolph M. Henry has private equity investment experience in start-up companies. He is an experienced executive with a track record of building and growing businesses, from the start-up stage through maturity, resulting in liquidity of nearly $200 million. He holds an MBA from the Wharton School of Finance, a graduate degree from Cambridge University in England. As chairman, Randy consults with the executive team on strategic business and finance, and leads the shareholder and board meetings for the company.
 
softnas_mickey_henry As manager of SoftNAS, Mickey Henry will over see company policies and decisions while providing operational support. He is founder and owner of idrShare LLC, a virtual data room software company that counts large public companies and commercial banks as its clients. After establishing a career in commercial and investment banking, he formed his own real estate finance and pipeline right-of-way aerial videotaping company later purchased by Petris Technology – now owned by Halliburton. He holds his MBA from the University of Texas.
