Richard Bravman joins Affinity as COO, and Gary Starr joins as CFO.

We decided that now is the time to add leadership depth and experience, to ensure that we capitalize successfully on these opportunities."
Bravman joins Affinity with more than thirty-five years of technology management experience. He most recently served as president and CEO of Pivot3, in converged storage appliance solutions for video surveillance and VDI applications. Earlier, he was VP, corporate development and CMO at NCR Corporation, and chairman and CEO of Intelleflex, a Silicon Valley-based company delivering RFID-based cold supply chain solutions. He spent the first 26 years of his career at Symbol Technologies, where he started as the fifth company employee, progressed through multiple roles in marketing, business development, and division general management, and last served as the company’s vice chairman and CEO.
Bravman has a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from SUNY Stony Brook.

Starr joins Affinity after a twenty-nine year career in finance. A certified public accountant and graduate of the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at New York University, has held senior finance positions in firms including Time Inc., Archstone Consulting, Martha Stewart Living, and Newsweek, serving the latter three as the firms’ CFO. He has experience in building the team, systems, and process infrastructure required to support rapid growth.

Bravman will have direct responsibilities for Affinity’s technology, product, analytics, and operations functions.
Starr will have responsibilities for finance, legal, and human resources.
