Reinhart Foodservice Selects UCG’s Vault400

United Computer Group, Inc. (UCG), an IT
services firm, have been chosen to supply cloud-based backup and twenty-four
hour DR protection for national food distributor Reinhart Foodservice LLC.

UCG, alongside business partner North American
Systems International, Inc., delivered System replication for Reinhart’s HQs
located in La Crosse, WI. All of the data on Reinhart’s IBM server was
mission-critical and necessary to recover in the event of a disaster.

UCG’s VAULT400 cloud Backup and DR solution provided Reinhart with a solid
archive service at a lower per year cost than supporting a secondary DR server
in Wisconsin. What’s more, the DR provided Reinhart the assurance of a one day
or less RTO to get operations up and running in the event of a disaster. UCG
also created a 24/7 test partition, where Reinhart could analyze and refine
software solutions before bringing them live to their local production machine.

By implementing the VAULT400 cloud Backup and DR solution and 24/7 test
partition, UCG provided the necessary protection and recovery preparedness to
ensure Reinhart’s mission-critical data was securely offsite, encrypted, and
always available.
