Sentinel Navigator MSP, Multi-Client Auditing and Reporting Software

French publisher independent from IT manufacturers, SAN Sentinel SAS, specialized in auditing, analysis and performance, is launching a software Sentinel Navigator MSP designed for MSPs.

Sentinel Navigator MSP, has been designed to answer the auditing and reporting needs of SAN and NAS storage arrays, administered by MSPs.

It collects all the information located on the storage arrays of the managed clients within a few minutes through the manufacturers’ API, and delivers reports based on reliable information.

It provides a consolidated control panel for each client and their entire storage infrastructure. The Management point of view allows decisions based on information gathered in real time.

SCC can now increase proactive services by putting reports at the disposal of the clients. Sentinel Navigator MSP was designed to allow providers to be more responsive in their responsibilities and to work simultaneously with several clients and several remote sites all the while respecting their SLA.  

The MSP model used to be widespread for service providers specialized in the IT systems of very large companies. Now it is available for SMBs thanks to the distribution of Sentinel Navigator MSP through the network of VARs.
