OCZ and Elgato Shows External SSDs With Thunderbolt

At the Storage Visions conference in Las Vegas, NV, OCZ Technology Group, Inc. shows the first SSD with a Thunderbolt interface capable of up to 750 MB/s transfer rate.

This Lightfoot model will be available  in the coming months, in 128GB, 256GB, 512GB and 1TB capacities.

On its side, Elgato, in TV software, is entering in storage by demonstrating at CES the Elgato Thunderbolt SSD, about the size of a 2.5-inch HDD, to be available next month with capacities of 128GB ($400) and 256GB ($650).
