Quest Acquires VKernel

Quest Software, Inc. has acquired VKernel Corp., a privately-held virtualized infrastructure operations management provider based in Boston, MA.

VKernel, provider of capacity management products for virtualized data centers and cloud environments, will continue to operate as an independent subsidiary of Quest.
