SanDisk Completes Acquisition of Pliant Technology

Becoming Enterprise Storage Solutions business

SanDisk Corporation has completed its acquisition of Pliant Technology, Inc., developer of enterprise solid state drives.

With the completion of the transaction, Pliant Technology becomes SanDisk’s Enterprise Storage Solutions business.
