VARs and MSPs use RBackup to offer Online Backup Services to their customers, hosting the online backup Server in their own offices or data centers.

In addition to the sleek and streamlined graphical user interface, Version 10.1.7 has many enhanced usability features. Upgrades include Windows 7 Compatibility (32 bit and 64 bit), faster report generation, automatic first full backup with Incremental or Differential, and a new Wildcard Folder Exclusions format. This polished product offers a complete online backup solution. The release also integrates all agents into the simple interface (Active Directory, System State, SQL Server, Exchange, SharePoint).
The optional Remote HelpDesk Module is built into the RBS server. This remote control tool allows Service Providers to easily access and control a customer’s computer from any computer on the Internet, seamlessly passing through routers and firewalls. This feature allows Service Providers to offer a higher level of support.
