Samsung Will Definitively Not Acquire SanDisk

Stated the Korean Company responding to Korea Exchange's disclosure inquiry

According to the Korean company, no further development has been made since Samsung Electronics officially withdrew its proposal to acquire SanDisk Corporation on October 22, 2008. Samsung Electronics has no intention to proceed with the acquisition plan.

This disclosure is in response to the Korea Exchange’s disclosure inquiry.
